Netropole Creates Custom Web Application for Dell using the Netropole Content Management System (NCMS) framework
New Application is Used by Dell Marketing to Help Drive Employee Purchase
Sales at Enterprise Accounts
Netropole developed a full-featured application utilizing the Netropole Content Management System (NCMS)
Content Management framework to support the inside sales effort at Dell. This application
allows Dell marketing personnel to load marcom (marketing communications)
material to be accessed by client advocates to drive employee purchase program
sales at their large enterprise clients.
Additionally, this application serves as a learning management system (LMS)
to drive internal training for their support teams. Dell internal sales
and customer support employees will be able to take online training courses to
improve their product knowledge.
Upon login, these employees will see the points they have earned based on the
courses they have taken and what they need to complete to get to the next level
(prizes are awarded at different levels based on points earned). Dell managers
can generate sales reports by region, account, sales team, etc. The
application also integrates with Dell's internal accounting system where client
data is accessed.
