Netropole Inc. releases Customer Service Order Status Application for East Side Plating
Netropole Inc. has released an order status application for East Side Plating Inc. This application allows ESP customers to check the status of their plating jobs in real time across the web, 24 Hours a day, 7 days a week.
The application interfaces with East Side Plating’s legacy UNIX system, and provides the information that purchasing and sales managers to make decisions to meet the needs of their just in time clients.
