Managed Services and Remote Backup

for businesses big and small. Netropole Managed Services allow clients

Netropole has partnered with Microsoft on a new User-Based licensing
program that allows our clients to take full advantage of the features
and benefits of Microsoft Server, SharePoint, SQL Server, and Office
applications without the upfront cost associated with traditional
licensing. This program, combined with Netropole's hosted servers can
save thousands of dollars annually when compared to traditional IT
implementations.
Netropole's
managed services offerings to include:
- Managed Servers - Netropole is offering the complete offsite hosting of file and print, and application servers for clients who do not want the initial and ongoing expense of
supporting computing resources within their company. Netropole's Managed
Services allow users to log in from their desktop, laptop, or Thin Client
system and securely access all of the applications and information that they
need without the business cost of computing normally associated with a
traditional IT infrastructure. Netropole manages the systems, backups,
security, patches, virus protection, and all maintenance for one monthly
fee.
- Business Continuation - The next level of disaster planning, Business
Continuation Services allow Netropole clients to access their critical business
applications and data anytime, from anywhere in the event of a complete
disaster. As the name implies, this service goes beyond offsite backup and
disaster recovery planning to allow users to log in to redundant systems that
have their current applications and data on them to take up right where they
left off in the event of a fire, flood, earthquake, or other event that would
prevent access to primary systems.
- Remote Backup - Nightly offsite backup of customer data in a secure
environment off of the customer premises. This capability allows Netropole
clients to maintain compliance with IT best practices by having a complete,
instantly accessible copy of their critical data offsite in the event of a
disaster. Netropole manages these backup and restore functions remotely and can
restore data back to a server or workstation with just a phone call.
